At CL Candles & More, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping details below.



Processing Time



  • All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
  • During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.




Shipping Rates & Delivery



  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.




Order Tracking



  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.




Shipping Issues



  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the carrier.
  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.




Local Pickup 



  •  Local customers may choose free pickup at checkout. We’ll contact you by email when your order is ready.
